KfW to offer notes due 2020 through three stabilizing managers

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 28 – KfW intends to conduct a sale of global notes due 2020, according to a press release.

The notes will be guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Nomura International plc are the stabilizing managers for the notes, which are expected to have a stabilization period from Feb. 28 through March 30.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
