KfW plans to price benchmark five-year global notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 9 – KfW is expected to price benchmark, SEC registered five-year global notes with a greenshoe on Jan. 10, according to a press release.

The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

The notes will feature a stabilization period from Jan. 10 until Feb. 17.

TD Securities (USA) LLC is the stabilization coordinator, and the stabilization managers are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
