KfW markets three-year dollar-denominated global notes at mid-swaps plus 15 bps area

Eureka Springs, Ark., Oct. 12 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price an offering of three-year global dollar-denominated notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The notes due Sept. 30, 2019 are talked to price in the mid-swaps plus 15 basis points area.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. are the bookrunners.

The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
