KfW to price three-year benchmark global notes

Charlotte, N.C., July 12 – KfW expects to price a global note due July 15, 2019, according to a news release.

Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the lead manager and JPMorgan London and Toronto Dominion are the managers.

Settlement is expected to occur on Aug. 18.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
