KfW talks benchmark five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 3 bps area; pricing Tuesday

Virginia Beach, June 8 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/) set price talk on Monday for a benchmark issue of five-year global notes in the area of mid-swaps plus 3 basis points, according to a market source.

The deal is expected to price on Tuesday.

The bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
