KfW launches $3 billion 10-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 6 bps; pricing Tuesday

Virginia Beach, April 21 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/) launched a $3 billion offering of 10-year global notes at mid-swaps plus 6 basis points on Tuesday, according to a market source.

The deal’s launch is in line with price guidance set in the mid-swaps plus 6 bps area.

The bookrunners are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Nomura and RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
