KfW talks offering of 18-month notes at mid-swaps minus 12 bps area

Virginia Beach, March 2 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/) set price talk for a planned offering of 18-month notes on Monday in the area of mid-swaps minus 12 basis points, according to a market source.

The bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
