KfW talks offering of three-year notes at mid-swaps minus 4 bps area

Virginia Beach, Jan. 12 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/) set price talk for a planned offering of three-year notes on Monday in the area of mid-swaps minus 4 basis points, according to a market source.

The bookrunners are HSBC Securities, Nomura and TD Securities.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
