KfW launches $5 billion 10-year notes at mid-swaps plus 10 bps

Virginia Beach, Nov. 13 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) launched $5 billion of 10-year bonds on Wednesday at mid-swaps plus 10 basis points, according to a market source.

The notes launched at the tight end of price talk, which was set in the area of mid-swaps plus 12 bps.

The bookrunners are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and RBC Capital Markets LLC.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
