New Issue: KfW prices $3 billion of 0.875% notes due 2017 at mid-swaps minus 6 bps

Virginia Beach, Oct. 21 – KfW priced $3 billion of 0.875% three-year global notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) on Tuesday at mid-swaps minus 6 basis points, according to a market source and an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Pricing was at 99.653.
The bookrunners were BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Credit Suisse Securities and Nomura.
The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
