KfW tightens talks for five-year notes to mid-swaps plus 9 bps; pricing Wednesday

Virginia Beach, Jan. 15 - KfW tightened talk for its planned benchmark issue of five-year notes to mid-swaps plus 9 basis points on Wednesday, according to an informed source.

Talk was previously set in the mid-swaps plus 10 bps area.

Barclays, Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the joint bookrunners.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
