New Issue: KfW sells $4 billion 1.875% three-year notes at 99.889

New York, Jan. 5 - KfW priced $4 billion of 1.875% three-year notes on Tuesday at 99.889, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Bookrunners for the notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) were Goldman Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley and UBS Investment Bank.
Co-managers were Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, DZ Bank AG, HSBC Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Nomura Securities, RBC Capital Markets and TD Securities.
The German development bank is based in Frankfurt.
