New York, June 9 - KfW priced $3 billion 4.875% 10-year global notes Tuesday at 99.703, according to an FWP Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) are non-callable.
Bookrunners were Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets and Goldman Sachs & Co. Co-managers were BNP Paribas Securities, Credit Suisse Securities, Deutsche Bank Securities, HSBC Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, Nomura Securities, RBC Capital Markets, RBS Securities and TD Securities.
The German government-owned bank is based in Frankfurt.
