New Issue: KfW prices $250 million 3.05% medium-term notes due 2009

Omaha, April 30 - KfW priced $250 million 3.05% medium-term notes due Nov. 7, 2009, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Greenwich Capital Markets was the agent.

The notes are callable on Nov. 7, 2008 at par.

Settlement is expected on May 7.

The German development bank is based in Frankfurt.
