New Issue: KfW prices $3 billion 4 3/8% 10-year notes at 99.213

Omaha, Feb. 26 - KfW priced $3 billion of 4 3/8% 10-year notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) Tuesday at 99.213, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bookrunners were Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.

Co-managers were Barclays Capital Inc. and BNP Paribas Securities Corp.

The German development bank is based in Frankfurt.
