Chicago, Jan. 23 – KfW priced $1 billion of 4.125% senior notes with a four-year tenor (Aaa/AAA/Scope: AAA) on Tuesday, according to a source.
The notes priced at 99.585 to yield 4.196%, or at SOFR mid-swaps plus 34 basis points.
BMO (billing and delivery), BofA and BNP Paribas were the bookrunners.
The Regulation S notes will be listed in Luxembourg.
KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
