KfW offers dollar global notes due 2026; price talk SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 bps area

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 30 – KfW is in the Wednesday market with an offering of dollar-denominated global notes due Sept. 7, 2026, according to a market source.

Initial price talk was in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 27 basis points area.

Barclays, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets are the bookrunners.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
