KfW to price global notes; talk in SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 bps area

Los Angeles, April 4 – KfW is preparing an offering of dollar-denominated fixed-rate bonds due April 1, 2026, according to a notice.

A source noted that the global bonds were being talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 22 basis points area.

The bonds will be guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

J.P. Morgan SE, Deutsche Bank and HSBC are the managers.

The notes will be listed in Luxembourg.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
