KfW five-year notes talked in SOFR mid-swaps plus 33 bps area

Columbus, Ohio, April 21 – KfW plans to sell dollar-denominated global notes due May 20, 2027 with initial price talk in the area of SOFR mid-swaps plus 33 basis points, according to a market source.

Pricing of the Securities and Exchange Commission-registered notes is expected to occur on Thursday.

BMO, JPMorgan and RBC are the bookrunners.

The German government-backed bank is based in Frankfurt.
