KfW to price $3 billion five-year green notes; price talk mid-swaps plus 21 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 12 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price a $3 billion no-grow offering of five-year green notes on Wednesday, according to a source.

The notes are initially talked to price with a spread in the mid-swaps plus 21 basis points area.

BofA Securities, HSBC and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
