Knoxville, Tenn., July 7 – KfW (Aaa/AAA//Scope: AAA) priced $5 billion of 0.5% global notes due Sept. 20, 2024 at 99.937 on Wednesday, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
JPMorgan, Nomura and RBC Capital Markets are the managers.
The benchmark SEC-registered notes will be guaranteed by Germany, as previously reported.
KfW is a German government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
