KfW plans to sell benchmark three-year global notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 23 – KfW is expected to price benchmark Securities and Exchange Commission-registered three-year global notes on Wednesday, according to a press release.

The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

TD Securities is the stabilization coordinator, and the stabilization managers are Deutsche Bank and RBC Capital Markets.

KfW is a German government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
