KfW talks benchmark five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 45 bps area; pricing expected Wednesday

New York, Feb. 17 – KfW set price talk for a benchmark offering of five-year global notes in the mid-swaps plus 45 basis points area, according to a market source and a company news release.

The notes are expected to price on Wednesday and are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.

Bookrunners are Goldman Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and TD Securities.

The German government-owned development bank is based in Frankfurt.
