KfW talks dollar five-year global notes in mid-swaps plus 5 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 12 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of global notes due Jan. 22, 2026, according to a market source.
The notes are initially talked to price with a spread in the mid-swaps plus 5 basis points area.
BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.
KfW is a government-backed bank based in Frankfurt.
