New Issue: KfW issues €1 billion of 0% guaranteed green bonds due 2028 at 103.672

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 30 – KfW (Aaa/AAA/AAA) priced €1 billion of 0% guaranteed green bonds due Sept. 15, 2028 at 103.672, according to a market announcement.

The notes were issued at a spread of DBR plus 20.3 basis points.

J.P Morgan, Credit Agricole CIB and Deutsche Bank AG were the stabilization managers.

KfW is a Frankfurt-based government-backed bank. The notes are guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany.
