St. Louis, Dec. 9 - K&F Industries, Inc. began a roadshow Monday for a $250 million offering of senior subordinated notes due 2010 (B3 expected/B), according to a syndicate source. The roadshow will conclude Friday, the source added.

Lehman Brothers is the bookrunner.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for four years.

Proceeds will be used to repay the existing credit facility and pay a dividend on its outstanding capital stock.
