Keystone Consolidated unsecured creditors committee named

Washington, March 8 - The U.S. trustee appointed the unsecured creditors committee for Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc.'s Chapter 11 case, according to a March 5 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

The members are: Martin Feig of The Bank of New York; Scot Tilford of Pacholder Associates; Edward Fitzhenry of Ameren Cilco; Steven Davison of Peoria Disposal Company; Kelly Simenson of WHP Health Initiatives; Ken Walmsey of Midwest Mill Service; and Roy Griffith of Independent Steel Workers Alliance.

The Chapter 11 case number is 04-22421. Keystone, an integrated wire manufacturer based in Dallas, filed for Chapter 11 on Feb. 26.
