S&P gives Keyera BBB

S&P said it assigned a BBB long-term corporate credit rating to Keyera Corp.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said the rating reflects a view of Keyera's satisfactory business risk profile and intermediate financial risk profile.

“We believe Keyera's business lines are relatively well-integrated and provide competitive end-to-end solutions to upstream oil and gas clients,” S&P said in a news release.
