Idex places $200 million notes, CoreSite issues $150 million, Keyera sells C$60 million notes

Charlotte, N.C., June 16 – Idex Corp. privately placed $200 million of senior notes on Monday, according to a form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes were issued as $100 million of 3.20% series A senior notes due June 13, 2023 and $100 million of 3.37% series B senior notes due June 13, 2025.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The Lake Forest, Ill.-based applied solutions company specializes in fluid and metering technologies; health and science technologies; and fire, safety and other diversified products.

CoreSite Realty Corp.’s operating partnership, CoreSite, LP, sold $150 million of 4.19% senior notes due June 15, 2023 to accredited investors.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes, according to a news release.

CoreSite is a Denver-based provider of data center products and interconnection services.

Keyera Corp. completed its private placement of C$60 million of long-term notes with Prudential Capital Group.

The notes were issued as C$30 million of 3.5% notes due June 16, 2023 and C$30 million of 4.15% notes due June 16, 2026.

Proceeds will be used to repay short-term debt under Keyera’s credit facilities and for general corporate purposes, a news release stated.

Keyera is a Calgary, Alta., natural gas midstream operator.
