Moody's: Key Energy notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it rated Key Energy Services, Inc.'s $200 million of add-on senior notes B1, consistent with the rating for the notes that are currently outstanding.

The outlook remains stable.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to reduce debt under the company's senior secured revolving credit facility, Moody's said.
