Key Energy to start roadshow Tuesday for $400 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, Nov. 2 - Key Energy Services, Inc. will start a roadshow on Tuesday for its $400 million offering of 10-year senior unsecured notes (B1/B), according to an informed source.

The roadshow is scheduled to conclude on Nov. 14, with the notes expected to price thereafter.

Lehman Brothers is the lead bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering. Banc of America Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners.

The notes come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt and for general corporate purposes.

Houston-based Key Energy Services is a rig-based well services provider.
