S&P: Key Components on watch positive

Standard & Poor's said it placed its B+ corporate credit rating and other ratings for Key Components LLC on CreditWatch positive.

S&P also placed Key Components' B- rated senior unsecured notes on watch positive.

The rating follows the company's announcement that Actuant Corp., which has a BB corporate credit rating, is acquiring it.
