Moody's gives VMIG 1 to Kettering Medical, Ohio, bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a VMIG 1 short-term rating to the County of Montgomery, Ohio's variable-rate hospital facilities revenue refunding bonds (Kettering Medical Center Network Obligated Group), series 2006.

Moody's also said it affirmed the Aaa long-term rating on the bonds.

The short-term rating was assigned in conjunction with the conversion of the bonds from the auction-rate mode to the unit-pricing mode as well as the delivery of a standby bond purchase agreement provided by Dexia Credit Local.
