Keryx Biopharmaceuticals files $150 million stock shelf

Washington, Dec. 30 - Keryx Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. filed for a $150 million common stock shelf in an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The New York-based biopharmaceutical company said proceeds would be used for general corporate purposes.
