S&P rates Kern High School, Calif., bonds SP-1+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an SP-1+ short-term rating to Golden Empire Schools Financing Authority, Calif.'s $125.775 million of series 2008 lease revenue refunding bond anticipation notes supported by Kern High School District.

The long-term rating on the district is A+ with stable outlook.
