Ukraine’s Kernel plans to sell dollar benchmark five-year notes

New York, Oct. 10 – Kernel Holding SA plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of benchmark-sized notes due in five years, according to a company news release.

The notes are non-callable for three years.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc and ING are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Kernel is an agribusiness company based in Kiev.
