Atlanta, Jan. 25 – Ukraine’s Kernel Holding SA priced $500 million 8¾% five-year notes (expected ratings: /B/B+) at 99.504 on Tuesday, according to a company announcement.
JPMorgan and ING were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Other details were not immediately available on Wednesday.
Kernel is an agribusiness company based in Kiev.
