Singapore’s Keppel calls S$100 million series 002 notes due 2024

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 4 – Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd. called its S$100 million 2.85% fixed-rate notes due 2024, series 002 (ISIN: SG7GI8000005), according to a notice on Friday.

All outstanding notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on Sept. 5.

The notes had a maturity date of Sept. 5, 2024.

The notes were issued under Keppel’s S$500 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

Citicorp International Ltd. is the trustee.

Keppel is a Singapore-based service provider in the Asia-Pacific region and Europe with businesses in logistics, data centers and subsea cable systems. It is a subsidiary of Keppel Corp. Ltd, one of Singapore’s multinational companies that provides solutions for sustainable urbanization.
