Keppel to redeem S$150 million 4.98% perpetual securities

New York, Sept. 22 – Singapore’s Keppel REIT and Keppel REIT Mtn Pre. Ltd. plan to redeem all S$150 million of their 4.98% perpetual securities (ISIN: SG6ZF7000004) on Nov. 2, according to a company announcement.

The securities will be redeemed at par, together with the distribution accrued.

The securities were issued under Keppel’s S$1 billion multicurrency debt issuance program.

Upon the redemption, the perpetual securities will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Keppel is a Singapore-based real estate investment trust.
