Singapore’s Keppel Land taps new agent for $800 million MTN program

Morgantown, W.Va., Jan. 12 – Keppel Land Ltd. has appointed Citicorp Investment Bank (Singapore) Ltd. as the new agent under its $800 million multicurrency medium-term note program.

Citicorp will replace the existing agent effective Feb. 12, according to a notice.

The existing agent, Standard Chartered Bank, gave notice of its intention to resign as agent on Oct. 20. The resignation is effective Feb. 12.

Keppel Land is the property-development arm of the Singapore-based Keppel Group conglomerate.
