Singapore's Keppel launches $2 billion euro medium-term note program

Madison, Wis., Jan. 31 - Keppel Corp. Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel GMTN Pte. Ltd., established a $2 billion euro medium-term note program on Jan. 31.

Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd., DBS Bank Ltd., Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch and Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte. are the joint arrangers and dealers.

Proceeds from notes issued under the program will be used for working capital or general corporate purposes.

Keppel is a Singapore-based company focused on offshore and marine property and infrastructure.
