New Issue: Singapore’s Keppel prices ¥8 billion of 0.99% six-year notes

Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 22 – Keppel Corp. Ltd. priced ¥8 billion of 0.99% six-year notes, according to an announcement Wednesday.

The notes will be issued under the company’s $5 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. has been appointed as dealer for the notes.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate and working capital purposes including refinancing of existing debts.

The Singaporean conglomerate specializes in offshore and marine, property, infrastructure and asset management.
