New Issue: Singapore’s Keppel prices ¥8 billion of 0.88% notes due 2025

New York, Sept. 8 – Keppel Corp. Ltd. priced ¥8 billion of 0.88% notes due 2025, according to a company announcement.

Mizuho Securities Asia Ltd. was the dealer.

The notes were issued under the company’s $5 billion multicurrency medium-term note program.

Proceeds are to be used for general corporate purposes or working capital purposes including refinancing of existing loans.

Keppel is a Singapore company specializing in marine, property and infrastructure businesses.
