Fitch assigns Kenya bonds B+

Fitch Ratings said it gave Kenya's planned senior unsecured dollar-denominated bonds a B+ rating.

“The rating is in line with Kenya's long-term foreign-currency issuer default rating (IDR), Fitch said in a press release.

The agency affirmed the long-term foreign-currency and local-currency issuer ratings and negative outlook on March 26.
