Kentucky State Property readies $668.55 million revenue bond offering

New York, Feb. 5 – The Kentucky State Property and Buildings Commission is set to price $668,545,000 of revenue and refunding bonds, according to a notice from the issuer.

The offering includes $113.55 million of project No. 122-A revenue bonds and $554,995,000 of series 2016B project No. 112B refunding bonds.

The bonds are expected to price on or about March 1 on a negotiated basis.

Proceeds will fund a portion of the costs of constructing a research building at the University of Kentucky and to refund existing debt, including up to $593,265,000 outstanding project 87, 88, 89, 90 and 93 bonds.
