Kentucky buildings commission to price $393.24 million in bonds, BABs

New York, Oct. 22 - The Kentucky State Property and Buildings Commission plans to sell $393.235 million in project No. 96 revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement. The sale is set for Wednesday, according to a sales calendar.

The offering included $98.105 million in series 2009A bonds, $14.21 million in series 2009B bonds and $280.92 million in series 2009C Build America Bonds.

Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. is the senior manager. The co-managers are Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons LLC, Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc., PNC Capital Markets LLC, Edward D. Jones & Co. LP, First Kentucky Securities Corp., Stifel Nicolaus & Co. Inc., Ross, Sinclaire & Associates LLC, Sterne, Agee & Leach Inc., and Merrill Lynch & Co.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct and equip projects for the commission.
