Moody's corrects AMN Healthcare

Moody's Investors Service announced a correction to its March 22 rating on AMN Healthcare, Inc.

The original rating said it assigned Ba2 ratings to AMN Healthcare Services Inc.'s proposed $250 million first-lien senior secured credit facilities, affirmed the Ba3 corporate family rating, raised the short-term liquidity rating to SGL-2 from SGL-3 and revised the probability of default rating to B1 from Ba3.

The issuer name has been corrected to AMN Healthcare, Inc.
