Moody's: AMN unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that AMN Healthcare Services Inc.'s planned sale of its home health business segment would have no immediate impact on its Ba3 corporate family rating and stable outlook.

However, Moody's said it takes the view that a divestiture of this business at reasonable terms would be a positive credit event.
