Kentucky Infrastructure arranges $71.89 million wastewater bond sale

New York, April 20 – The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority is scheduled to price $71,885,000 of series 2015A wastewater and drinking water revolving fund revenue refunding bonds during the week of April 20, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (Aaa/AAA/AAA) will be sold through senior manager Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC. The co-managers are J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons LLC; Raymond James/Morgan Keegan; and PNC Capital Markets LLC.
The bonds are due 2016 and 2021 to 2027.
Proceeds will be used to advance refund all or a portion of the authority’s series 2010A revenue bonds.
