Kentucky Housing Corp. set to sell $50 million housing revenue bonds

New York, Aug. 13 - The Kentucky Housing Corp. will issue $50 million series 2009B housing revenue bonds, according to a preliminary offering statement.
The corporation will sell $9.46 million of serial bonds with maturities from 2010 to 2019 and $40.54 million of term bonds due 2024, 2026, 2029, 2035 and 2039.
Merrill Lynch & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. will act as lead underwriters for the negotiated deal. J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons Inc., Morgan Keegan & Co. Inc., Edward D. Jones & Co. LP, First Kentucky Securities Corp., Stifel, Nicolaus & Co. Inc. and Ross, Sinclaire & Associates Inc. will act as co-managers.
Proceeds will be used to refund outstanding debt.
The Kentucky Housing Corp. is located in Frankfort, Ky.
